At Bally Gaming Systems, we take shipping seriously—because we know how exciting it is to finally receive your new (or lovingly restored) pinball machine. We’re committed to fast, secure, and transparent delivery, whether it’s a compact tabletop game or a full-size arcade machine.
Where We Ship
We currently ship for free to all 50 U.S. states. If you’re located outside the United States and interested in ordering a machine, please contact us directly to discuss international delivery options—we’re happy to explore custom solutions on a case-by-case basis.
Transit And Handling Time
- Handling Time : Order handling time is 0-1 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Transit Time: Generally, shipments are in transit for 4-8 days (Monday to Friday).

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. For freight shipments, you’ll also be contacted directly by the carrier to schedule delivery.
We recommend inspecting all shipments carefully upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage, please document it immediately and report it to the driver before signing. Then contact our support team so we can assist with next steps.
Freight Shipping Notes
- Most machines are delivered palletized and shrink-wrapped for safe transport.
- Deliveries are made during standard business hours—Monday through Friday.
- Carriers do not move items indoors with standard freight service.
- A signature is required upon delivery.
If your location has limited access (e.g., steep driveways, gated properties, apartment complexes), let us know in advance so we can make the appropriate arrangements.
Delays and Exceptions
While we strive for on-time delivery, delays can occur due to weather, high demand, or freight carrier schedules—especially for large or rural shipments. We’ll do everything we can to keep you informed and minimize any inconvenience.
