At Bally Gaming Systems, quality is more than a promise—it’s a guarantee. We take pride in every pinball machine and part we sell, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why we back our products with a fair, transparent warranty that protects your investment and gives you peace of mind.
What’s Covered
We offer a limited warranty on all eligible machines and products sold through our website. The specific coverage depends on the type of product:
1. Fully Restored Pinball Machines
- Warranty Duration: 6 months from delivery date
- Coverage: Parts and labor for mechanical, electrical, or functional issues caused by defects in workmanship or materials
- Includes: Flippers, bumpers, boards, displays, wiring, switches, solenoids, and more
- Excludes: Cosmetic issues, general wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse or accidents
2. Refurbished or Pre-Owned Machines
- Warranty Duration: 90 days from delivery date
- Coverage: Major mechanical and electrical components
- Excludes: Cosmetic imperfections, custom mods, or components marked “as-is” at time of purchase
3. New Machines (Factory-Sealed)
- Warranty Duration: Varies by manufacturer (typically 1 year)
- We’ll help facilitate any warranty claims with the manufacturer directly if needed
4. Replacement Parts & Accessories
- Warranty Duration: 30 days from delivery
- Coverage: Manufacturer defects only
What’s Not Covered
While we strive to support every customer fully, the following are not covered under our warranty:
- Damage caused by improper installation, neglect, abuse, or modification
- Shipping damage after initial delivery (unless noted at delivery and reported within 48 hours)
- Issues resulting from power surges, moisture exposure, or incorrect voltage
- Normal wear and tear, including rubbers, bulbs, decals, cabinet scuffs, etc.
- Any repairs or alterations made by third parties not approved by us
How to File a Warranty Claim
If something’s not working right, don’t worry—we’re here to help. To start a warranty claim, please contact us with:
- Your full name and order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos (if applicable)
- Your preferred contact method
We’ll respond within 1–2 business days to begin troubleshooting or walk you through the next steps, including repair, part replacement, or return if necessary.
Repair and Replacement Process
In many cases, we can walk you through a simple repair by sending parts and detailed instructions. If the problem is more complex:
- We may ask you to return the part (or, in rare cases, the machine)
- If an on-site technician is needed, we’ll help coordinate a local repair when possible
- For out-of-area customers, we’ll work with you to find a nearby authorized service tech
- Any shipping costs for returning the machine may be the customer’s responsibility, depending on the issue
Extended Warranty Options
For collectors or commercial operators who want added peace of mind, we offer extended warranty packages on select machines. These can include up to 12 or 24 months of additional protection. Ask our team about options during checkout or contact us to learn more.
