At Bally Gaming Systems, we make the buying process simple, secure, and flexible. Whether you’re purchasing your first pinball machine or adding a rare gem to your collection, our payment options are designed to give you peace of mind every step of the way.

Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment options:

  • ACH/ Bank Transfer
    (Bank details will be sent to your email when we receive your order)
  • Zelle Pay
    (Zelle details will be sent to your email when we receive your order).
  • All Major Credit & Debit Cards (WE DON’T TAKE CARD PAYMENTS WHEN HAVING SALES)
    (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
  • Crypto (-10%)
    Pay with Bitcoin, Litecoin, USDT or other Crypto currencies—subject to eligibility.

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required before we ship out for most in-stock items.
  • For custom orders or machines with upgrades, we may offer a 50% deposit option to reserve your machine, with the balance due before shipment or delivery.
  • Any unpaid balances must be cleared before machines are shipped.

If you’d like to arrange a deposit, milestone-based payment for a special order, just reach out—we’re happy to help tailor something to your needs.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax has been included in the prices. If you’re purchasing on behalf of a business and have a resale certificate, please contact us prior to checkout to provide documentation and avoid unnecessary tax charges.

Payment Security

Your payment and personal data are protected using the latest SSL encryption and secure checkout systems. We do not store full credit card information on our servers.

All transactions are processed through trusted, PCI-compliant providers (such as Stripe, PayPal, or Shopify Payments), ensuring your financial information remains private and secure.

If your payment is declined or does not go through, you will see an error message during checkout. Try an alternate method or contact your card provider for authorization. You can also reach out to our support team and we’ll help you complete the purchase manually if needed.

Custom Orders & Large Purchases

For high-value orders, especially restored or custom-built machines, we may require a signed invoice and agreement before processing the transaction. Our team will provide clear documentation, timelines, and payment breakdowns in those cases.
